This early 1900’s state senators home was restored in 1999.  The capitals on the top of the columns were decaying and allowing moisture to penatrate the interior of the columns.  After thousands of dollars spent on the failures of other contractors.  Kwekel Painting re-sculpted the capitals primed and waterproofed them with a high solids elastomeric coating.  Once this coating was applied a lifetime warranty paint was applied as a quality finishing touch.
